All Scanned Material will be fully indexed and made available via CD Rom, DVD or External Hard Disk. The supplied data can easily be copied onto Networked Servers, Shared Drives or individual Work Stations.
As a matter of course a single user access licence for Alchemy Search and Retrieval Software will be provided, this licence allows the software to be installed on any number of Windows based Pc’s and the data stored in a central repository. Without incurring any licence costs or implications the data may only be accessed by a single user at a time. Multi user access licences are available. All Alchemy software licences are supplied as ‘concurrent’ licences meaning that the software may be installed on an unlimited number of workstations and the maximum number of ‘active’ clients who will be able to access the system will be the total number of licences purchased. In the event that the total number of licences are in use additional clients will receive a system busy message informing them that the number of licences in use has reached the maximum permitted until such time as licences become free.
