Make your data more accessible
Scanning books and documents and then using OCR to make them fully text searchable is great, its fast and its relatively inexpensive.
However what happens when the text is not able to be recognised by OCR? it could be handwritten or maybe printed using a very stylised font.
Our data extraction service allows us to scan the original and we can then transcribe the text to your preferred format.
The original image can be linked to the data to allow a visual check on the information. This would allow you to pay to transcribe only that data that is useful for searching and the rest can be left available through the scanned image.
Data can be provided in various formats to suit your needs.
