Document Scanning

You can rest assured, all scanning work undertaken by ourselves is processed in accordance with our ISO 9001 - 2008 procedures and backed by the Capture All Limited, "Assured Image Quality Guarantee". 

Whether the requirement is for Mono, Greyscale or Colour output, all scans are carried out using high-spec, top-of-the-range equipment. We can process a multitude of document types and formats, such as invoices, receipts, engineers’ reports, technical manuals, medical documents and legal files. 

Scanned images can be indexed to meet with the individual requirements of our client's. We cater for all file formats, the most common being PDF's, Tiff's Jpeg etc. and we can supply the images fully indexed within Alchemy Search and Retrieval Software at no additional cost. Alternatively we can produce images, pre-indexed, ready for import into existing Document Management Systems.
