Busiest Year Yet

Our Busiest year to date sees the completion of the Innovene Manufacturing Scotland Ltd Contract. Formerly BP Chemicals Grangemouth, the company went to tender for the scanning of many years of Inspection and Integrity records ( 1.8million documents). We are pleased to say that we have completed the job, on time and under Budget!

Success Story

Capture All Ltd have also successfully bid for a large archiving project for the City of Edinburgh Council, which entails the scanning of records in book form, historical drawings as well as a variety of documentation.

Pharmaceutical Giant

Another success story for us this year is the implementation of a document capture programme programme for pharmaceutical giant, GlaxoSmithKline in Ayrshire. This project will run over several months, and involves the scanning of approximately 1.5 million documents.

Associations in Scotland

It is no coincidence that Capture All Limited are now the leading Document Management Bureau for Housing Associations throughout Scotland. We now number over 20 Associations in our client list. Our Quality and Reliability have secured this business, and we look forward to working hand in hand with many more Associations with whom we are currently in discussion.

Investors in People

Finally, we are delighted to announce our Investors in People (Scotland) Accreditation, which we achieved in March, and have now embarked on ISO 9001: 2000 Quality Accreditation, which we hope to have this in place before the year end.
