Maggie’s has centres throughout the UK that help people live with, through and beyond a cancer diagnosis.
Their specially designed centres are close to hospitals so people have a place like home to come to during their treatment. Their centres are there for anyone who has been affected by cancer so family and friends are welcome too. There is always advice on hand about treatments, diagnosis or benefits and our visitors can arrange one on one time with a psychologist or adviser or join one of the many group activities.
ProblemMaggie’s Glasgow office manages all the records of payments and donations that keep the organisation afloat. However, the sheer volume of printing and storing greatly hampered the charity’s efforts.
SolutionThousands of documents such as Gift Aid declarations need to be securely copied and held electronically. Capture All made it possible to access for Maggie’s staff to electronically access documents from their centres. This greatly sped up their administration process.
