Case Study – Raeburn Hope
Raeburn Hope is a firm of solicitors based in Helensburgh on the shores of the Firth of the Clyde. Partners Alastair Hope and Kirstine McRae recently made the decision to overhaul various systems in the firm and we were selected to lead a project to introduce a new digital filing system.
Every two months we uplift approximately 15 boxes of closed files from Raeburn Hope’s premises in Helensburgh. The documents are prepared, processed and scanned at our purpose-built facility in Falkirk. The new digital files are returned within two weeks on secure encrypted drives.
We retain all original documents for a minimum of 30 days and destroy them once we receive authorisation from Raeburn Hope.
Raeburn Hope use an alphabetical filing system so we structured their images in such a way that they are ready for instant import into their document management system.
With a streamlined filing system, Raeburn Hope’s solicitors are able to get back to doing what they do best: helping their clients.
