As a Supported Business establishment, more than 30% of our staff are disabled and/or disadvantaged persons. We are therefore delighted to announce that Capture All have been successful in the competition for Lot 2 of the Scottish Ministers’ Framework Agreement for the Commodities Reserved for Supported Businesses – Document Management.

Under EU Procurement Regulations, public bodies are able to reserve contracts specifically for Supported Businesses. In fact, the Scottish Government encourages all public bodies to have at least one contract with a Supported Business.

This means that should public sector buyers have a requirement for document management services, they can make contract awards directly to us (where applicable) or carry out a mini competition. As a result this negates the need to go to tender, saving valuable time and money – great news for everyone!
