Case Study: Barnardo’s Scotland
Founded over 150 years ago, Barnardo’s has grown into the UK’s largest charity specifically caring for vulnerable children and young people. With a turnover of around £250 million each year, the charity operates more than 800 local services across the country, directly helping over 200,000 families.
After successfully completing the scanning and archiving of files in preparation for Barnardo’s Edinburgh office relocation in 2013, Capture All won the tender for a similar project in Glasgow in early 2015.
We recently moved office and made a decision not to take all our paper files with us”, explains office manager Donna Afaty. “We sourced several quotes from various companies, however we found Capture All to be competitive on price and their attention to detail and customer service skills exemplary. They took the time to understand our organisation’s systems and processes, answered our questions and offered various solutions to allow us to make informed choices. The process was seamless from start to finish, all time lines where adhered to and they delivered all that was promised. Business Development Manager Derren Benfold also followed up with us after the job was completed to ensure that we were totally satisfied with the service received. I have since recommended this service to other departments within the organisation and look forward to working with Derren and the team on other projects.”
